I hope this finds you well, and you’re soaking up some sweet summertime vibes!

My most recent business mastermind circle wrapped a few weeks back with a cumulative 3-day retreat.

The badass babes in this cohort showed up so powerfully and courageously, and the progress that each of them made during the 5 month program blew my mind…

Think, books created, retreats and circles filled, podcasts being birthed, pitch-fests won, businesses being taken in a completely different direction than anticipated – the list goes on…

One of the central themes that emerged during the retreat was the concept of shedding old identities and tasks that no longer feel aligned…

Business growth requires us to let go of outdated beliefs, patterns, and ways of being in order to move us in the direction that we’re being currently called to serve…

And, it can feel uncomfy as HELL to go through these metamorphosis moments and make big leaps – but leap we still must!

As we dive deeper into this summer season, I encourage you to take some time to reflect on what’s no longer serving you in your business,

and, to also tune into what actually is…

A powerful action is to keep a running list on a big piece of paper, color-coded style over the course of a few weeks, and put everything that brings you JOY on a column on one side, and everything else that feels soul-sucking on the other side.

Then, get curious about how you can delegate the pieces that feel soul sucking so that you can focus on what lights you up and what actually IS making your soul sing at the moment.

Remember, the only constant in life and entrepreneurship is change – and it’s our ability to embrace it and adapt that propels us forward on our path.
