In 2015 I’d been in business as a coach for about 3 years and was pretty fresh on the scene…
After a year of DIY-ing my business, then hiring my first business coach, I decided to hire another coach to take my biz to the next level of expansion.
I worked with her closely and built out my very first mastermind program, and did a ritual and facilitation training where I was introduced to the Wheel of the Year.
Strengthening my connection to ceremonial ritual and learning about the Wheel rocked my socks SO MUCH that I created a yearlong seasonal leadership, lifestyle & self-care circle called the Soulstice Sisterhood.
The circle focused on helping busy fempreneurs and leaders release isolation, doubt, stress, and grind-culture mentality, and a lack of inspiration & focus that I witnessed was running rampant in my industry.
And, to be brutally honest, during the current Zoom burnout phase we’re collectively in, I’m seeing these issues escalating now more than ever before…
That’s why I’m running Soulstice Sisterhood again this year, and why I believe in its healing medicine and magic with ALL OF MY HEART.

I’ve had over 100 badass BABES participate in this San Francisco Bay Area-based circle, the majority of last year’s members have re-enrolled…And we have just 5 spaces left.

This supportive circle has your name on it if:
💐You’re a women entrepreneur, space-holder, leader, or change-maker who’s semi-local to the Bay Area (or are willing to travel to my Sonoma Co retreat space for 6 luxurious IN PERSON half-day retreats, and a 2-day retreat in the fall – we’ve had babes as far as Portland fly in for these epic gatherings!)
💐You’re SICK AND TIRED of online-only spaces (and the Zoom Zombie vibe that’s on the rise – a term I just coined but feel it’s pretty ON POINT!), and you’re SOOOO OVER that languishing, lackluster feeling that’s been collectively running rampant during this pandemic…
💐You’re READY for a life-changing, deeply meaningful, self & soul-care experience that’s intentionally designed to RAISE YOUR VIBE and dial up your pleasure, passion, creativity, ALIVENESS, confidence, WORTHINESS, abundance, flow, and freedom – and the quality of community and connection in your life…YES, FREAKING PLEASE!

The brilliant babes in this community are SO damn incredible and supportive, and have literally become soul sisters for life – and we are ready to welcome our last 5 Queens into our 2023 cohort with open arms and hearts. :)
If this is speaking to you, the next step would be to BOOK A CALL WITH ME. During this 45-minute convo, we’ll get REAL about your deepest desires, talk about what you ACTUALLY want and see for yourself this year, explore if working together in this capacity or another would be a good fit for you, and you can ask me any q’s about this transformational experience…
You’ll walk away from the call with clarity around whether or not stepping forward into this program or another would be an aligned fit, on what you’re claiming this year, and clarity around your next steps to help get you there.
Also, I want to give you permission to get on this call even if you sense you might get emotional, or if you’re scared to actually name your desires, or if you’re worried you can’t afford it, or whatever else might be coming up for you around taking this next step forward…
And, as always, please know that I don’t have an attachment to the outcome whether or not you step into Soulstice Sisterhood (or any other offering for that matter), but I also do want you to know that I will be holding the highest vision of your dreams with you and your highest version of yourself as capable for manifesting what it is that you really want and see for yourself this year.
CLICK HERE to book your call and I SOOOO can’t wait to drop in with you 1-1 in this powerful way!
Also, for those of you who are curious about the Wheel of the Year but not sure what it’s about, I invite you to keep reading below for more info on that magic!
All right dear ones, as always I’m sending lots of love, and some big ass cheers for getting back into the IN PERSON retreat rhythm (heading to one in just a few hours in Santa Cruz to dance and sing my lil’ heart and soul out, and I CANNOT WAIT!!)

THE WHEEL OF THE YEAR, UNVEILED:
The Wheel of the Year is an ancient annual cycle of seasonal festivals, used by many cultures, to celebrate the transition of the sun throughout the cycle of a year.
The festivals occur evenly spaced 8 times throughout the year, and consist of the 4 High Holidays of the Winter Solstice, Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, and Fall Equinox, and the cross-quarter festivals of Imbolc, Beltane, Lammas, and Samhain.
Seasonal changes were very important to ancient societies, who depended on the Wheel to determine when to plow, sow, harvest, and rest, and represented the continuing birth, death, and rebirth of nature.
During the nearly yearlong journey of the Soulstice Sisterhood, we cycle along with Wheel of the Year—gathering for our half-day retreats near these sacred festival dates, and the themes of each season will serve as the foundation of our rituals & ceremonies throughout the experience.
Below is a theme breakdown of the Wheel of the Year Festivals, and the actual dates for each festival. Please note that the dates below are not the same as the dates of our Solstice Sisterhood retreats! Again, you can set up a call for me to explore the possibilities of joining that circle HERE, and I invite you to play with weaving these seasonal themes into your business, family life, and leadership!
IMBOLC | February 1 – Imbolc is a festival of light and marks the midpoint between winter and spring. This is a festival of purification, planting seeds, and setting intentions for new beginnings.
SPRING EQUINOX / OSTARA | March 20 – The Spring Equinox, also known as Ostara, is a time to prepare for the budding of new life each year. The hours of day and night are in equal balance, and the light is overtaking darkness.
BELTANE / MAY DAY | May 1 – Beltane is a spring celebration that honors the earth’s abundant fertility, and is a time of creative expression, passion, sensuality, and abundance.
SUMMER SOLSTICE / LITHA | June 21 – The Summer Solstice, also known as Litha, is the longest day of the year. It’s a celebration of the sun’s full force, and of the radiance and joy that light brings into our lives.
LAMMAS | August 1 – Lammas celebrates the early grain harvest. This is the first harvest festival when plants drop their seeds to ensure future crops and is a time to acknowledge the waning of the light.
AUTUMN EQUINOX / MABON | September 22 – The Autumn Equinox, also known as Mabon, is a time of celebration, and honoring the second harvest. The days and nights are once again equal in balance, with the night continuing to grow longer.
SAMHAIN | October 31 – Samhain (SOW-in) represents the final harvest before the long nights of winter. It’s a time to honor our ancestors, and is a season of reflection, going inward and embracing the darker half of the year.
WINTER SOLSTICE / YULE | December 21 – The Winter Solstice, also known as Yule, is the shortest day of the year. From now on, the days become longer and we celebrate the return of the light back to the earth.
