As heart-centered fempreneurs, we might look like we’ve “got it together”, but oftentimes we find ourselves over-giving, over-doing and overwhelmed – with self-doubt and perfectionism acting as our professional sidekicks.

As a result, many of us have found ourselves at the brink of burnout, with seemingly never-ending to-do lists – disconnected from our bodies, our creativity, the rhythms of nature, and what brings us JOY.

Believe me, I get it.

Not too long ago, I found myself burning the candle at both ends – busting my buns to start a new online business, working 12+ hours a day, and disconnected from nature and what truly lights me up.

I equated success, at the time in my, new coaching career with hours upon hours of “disciplined” work – and thought I had to sacrifice doing what I loved in order to achieve my dreams.

During this period, I found myself glued to my computer screen – not spending time outdoors, moving my body, igniting my creativity or replenishing my reserves.

I finally realized that in actuality, this was SLOWING DOWN the growth and flow of my business – because I wasn’t running it from a place of alignment with my core values, my rhythms as a human being and a woman, and how I wanted to FEEL on a daily basis.

Once I started to give myself permission to slow down, reclaim my creativity, spend more time in nature, and infuse ALL of the unique parts of myself into my work, leadership and business, that’s when my life and business started to flow like MAGIC…

I landed my dream retreat space, scaled to the 6 figure mark, reclaimed quality time with myself and loved ones – and felt like myself again.
