Hello Dear,

I wanted to take a moment to drop in with you heart-to-heart and let you know that I see you, I feel you, and am honoring the space that you’re in…

It has been an incredibly challenging past couple of weeks with the shooting in Buffalo and in Texas on Tuesday. 

It’s enough to make us want to just stop everything, and go hideaway in a cave somewhere…

That paired with the war, the pandemic, unanticipated illnesses popping up, and any other unexpected challenges that come our way – it’s A LOT to hold.

I want you to know that myself and the entire ABC team are honoring the space that you individually find yourself in right now, and the space that we’re collectively in as well…and that damn Mercury Retrograde too – gotta name that wonkiness.

It’s also energetically difficult to go on with “business as normal” during these times – so this is an invitation for you to press pause on a project if you need to, prioritize fierce self-care, tend to your tender heart, and feel the full range of emotions that you’re feeling… 

We invite you to release the grip of any timelines that you’ve set for the month of May, and ask yourself:

Is there anything I need to slightly shift, simplify, or course-correct right now, given the specific circumstances that I’m personally navigating?

What are the 1-3 things that I need to prioritize right now, and an intentional plan to come back to the rest?  

How can I be super gentle and compassionate with myself during this time?
