Hello, beautiful community – sending warm Summertime vibes to you all!

The Sunday before last officially marked the Summer Solstice – and this past weekend here at my retreat space, the brilliant humans of the Uninhibited Mastermind honored this high holiday with a 3-day retreat, marking the completion of our epic 6-month business and leadership expansion journey together…

This year, we explored the solar energy of the season by boosting our inner Queen confidence through exploring what it means to courageously and unapologetically speak our truth.

We also discussed the need for integration, pause, rest and assimilation during the summer months (I’m about to sign off for a full month tomorrow and so freaking excited!), and creating intentional summertime rituals that infuse a sense of playfulness, JOY and pleasure into our sultry summer days.

Over these next few weeks while we are still vibing in the energy of the Solstice, I invite you to create your own Summer rituals and dive into exploring the theme of strengthening your queen confidence as well. 

Here are some Summer Rituals and Inquiries to help you get the most out of this solar energy:

1. Create a summer altar with any tokens that represent confidence and any solar-themed items (like sun catchers or sunbeam charms), candles to represent the heat of the season, summer flowers like sunflowers, and infuse it with lots of yellow, oranges and whites to represent the sun at its fullest.
2. Dress in vibrant summer colors, and dive into these journaling questions in front of your summer altar.

• In what areas of my life am I ready for a boost in my Queen confidence? Think, voice, visibility, business, relationships or leadership.
• Where in my life do I feel most solid in my Queen confidence, and what are my strongest traits?
• How can I weave my strongest traits and where I feel most confident, into the areas that need a boost?
• What would it look like to lead my life fully embodying my inner/outer Queen?
• What are my visions and intentions for the second half of 2021 and where do I need to honor a moment of sacred pause, rest, assimilation and integration?
• What am I claiming/declaring/committing to in terms of my leadership, both energetically and physically for the remainder of this year?

3. Create your Queen declaration statement for the 2nd half of this year. What are you claiming/declaring/committing to in terms of your vision and leadership for the latter half of 2021? Write out your intentions, then share them out loud with a buddy and ask them to hold you accountable to your vision – thoughts and intentions grow stronger as they’re shared!
