Today I’m sharing a short and powerful practice inspired by work I did with Wendy Palmer a few weeks back at The Esalen Institute, and is a helpful tool for you to use in building confidence as you move forward with gaining visibility and stepping into a deeper sense of leadership with your life’s great work.
