We’ve been going through it… Homeschooling, reinventing businesses, working from home, riding the waves of emotion.

We need a break.

From the communities we serve, from our families – and everything else, to come back to ourselves. To come back to center. To shower ourselves with some serious self-love and to recalibrate our sweet souls.

 

On Saturday April 25th, for 4 luxurious hours, we’ll collectively create the intentional solo space in our homes, backyards or offices to tune out of the noise and into our bodies, recalibrate our souls, and gather together virtually, in supportive sisterhood.

The Flow of the Day:

  • 10am -1030 am

    Intro Share Circle + Guided Meditation Practice
  • 1030 am -12 noon

    Soulful Yoga Flow + Dance Jam + Sound Healing Bath
  • 12pm -1230pm

    Silent Meditation Lunch Break
  • 1230pm- 130pm

    Soulful Self-Care Workshop
  • 130pm - 2pm

    Self Massage Practice + Closing Ritual

FAQ’s

HOW MUCH DOES THE DAY COST?

I’m charging a sliding scale of 45-85 for the day – however NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF FUNDS (email info@strongbodylove.com if the fee is not within your means and we’ll add you to our community.)

* I will also be donating a portion of the proceeds to the nonprofit, Feeding America.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE DAY?

Our intro share circle, guided meditation practice, yoga class with yoga playlist, dance jam with dance playlist, sound healing bath track (that you can listen to again and again), journaling prompts and self-massage protocol.

WHERE AND WHEN WILL WE MEET?

We’ll meet from 10am – 2pm PST on Saturday, April 25th, in my private Zoom video conference room, via video.

I HAVE OTHER COMMITMENTS DURING THE DAY. CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

While we’d love for you to attend LIVE, we know that’s not possible for everyone. The day will be recorded and sent to you afterwards so that you can tune into the retreat when it works with your flow, and again for future reference.

DO I NEED ANY EXTRA MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT?

Just your wifi connection, computer or phone, journal and pen, yoga mat or towel, a little coconut or olive oil and your willingness to drop inward.

You’ll leave the day feeling filled up, refreshed and whole – with renewed, balanced energy, and grounding playlists, sound baths and practices to help extend the bliss.

PROFESSIONAL BIO

Certified Holistic Health Coach, Women’s business + leadership coach, retreat + group program facilitator and nature-based ritualist, Ashley Burnett is committed to helping change-making women become more impactful leaders, and embody their missions in life, with confidence.

Ashley has been teaching, leading groups and running her business for 18 years. She’s facilitated hundreds of classes, workshops, events and retreats, and led thousands around the globe in expanding their businesses, prioritizing their wellness and self-care, and igniting their leadership.

She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband David and their newest addition Quintin, and has the honor of running her retreats at her workshop space on 22 acres of expansive land.
