Week 2: With a few pounds shed and energy boosted, you’ll be ready to add back in high-quality proteins including wild caught fish and organic soy.

Week 3: You’ll invite back in gluten-free grains, organic eggs, and organic free-range chicken to inspire you to stick with these healthy eating strategies year round.

Cleansing and whole foods nutrition is one of the most important and significant ways we can improve our overall health.  Healthy eating and lifestyle choices are our greatest way to fight back against disease and illness. Take it from me.  I healed my gallbladder naturally after shifting my diet and lifestyle, going from having 7 severe gallbladder attacks in one year at age 28, to not having an attack in 3 years!  Yes, it is possible to feel great and heal ourselves naturally from the inside out!

Q. Why do I need to detox?

A. We live in a world overflowing with environmental toxins in our food, water, and air, lots of stress, and overly processed foods that leave our bodies subject to the risk of poor health long term.  Just like giving a car an oil change, so is it necessary to clean out our most precious machine, our body!  Once you start cleansing you’ll notice that you feel cleaner, lighter, more energized and clear-headed, among many other postive side-effects…  Yahoo!

Q. Will I be hungry?

A. I should think not!  I’m totally not into being hungry, but more about flooding the body with nutrient dense clean food.  If you’re hungry, eat! You’ll have tons of recipes, snacks, healthy desserts, and bevos
to choose from!

Q. Will I experience any detox symptoms or side effects from the program?

A. It’s possible, but this is a good thing.  You know why?  Cause it means the program is working, and your body is releasing toxins!  Usually you can expect to possibly experience mild detox symptoms such as headaches, moodiness, and grogginess on days 2-4.  Not everyone will experience this, and if you do will generally passes after a day or two. It’s helpful to build a regular routine of detoxing 2 to 3 times a year to mitigate the build up of toxins and experiencing these side effects.

Q. Will I need to run to the little girls room every 5 minutes?

A. Most likely no.  This type of cleansing will be a slow and gentle process, and you shouldn’t anticipate a crazy colon cleanse experience.  You may go more regularly, and experience less bloating, constipation, etc., so this is a great thing!
