Ashley Burnett & CO is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, enthusiastic people-person to be our new part time VIRTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (with some in person touch points) for our 14 year strong women’s business & wellness coaching company.

So we’re curious… are you (or is someone you know) passionate about wellness & personal growth, social media & spreadsheets, and being a part of a local (Midwestern) & global movement that helps women live their most aligned lives?

If so, this opportunity might just be for you!

I’m looking for someone highly skilled and excited about our ABC mission & vision to help with business operations & daily admin tasks, social media management & creation, PR & visibility pitching, and potentially assisting live local events.

ABC provides phenomenal business & leadership coaching (both virtually & in person) supporting our entrepreneurial clients with achieving work/life balance, heightened income, boosted confidence, and the next-level growth of their purpose-based business.

We also provide seasonal wellness & self-care retreats to entrepreneurs, busy working women, and mamas – helping them infuse more balance, vitality, well-being, mindfulness, and JOY into their everyday lives.

We’re planning to build out & launch our new retreat space The Gathering Ground in Quincy, IL on Ashley’s microfarm which will offer a diverse menu of yoga & meditation classes, wellness & creativity workshops, singing circles & sound healing experiences, and transformative half-day retreats.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for someone who ideally lives in Quincy, IL or around the area, or at the very least in the Midwest on Central Time.

Our ideal candidate will have stellar organizational & communication skills, incredible attention to detail, be highly responsive and love to communicate in the moment (hoping on the phone at a moment’s notice isn’t an issue), is flexible and adaptable, and gets jazzed at taking action and getting things done.

The right-fit person for this role will become Ashley’s right-hand wingwoman in the business, taking the strategic action plan that she and her company business strategist Amy create, and moving business initiatives forward while organizing tasks and the daily operations of the business.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the company, and hours to start will be 30-40 per month with room to grow, as our company grows!
