Strong Body Love is hiring a Virtual Assistant/OBM for our growing company!

This part time position is for a detail oriented person who wants to be a very important part of a team and company that is training women entrepreneurs to bring their mission and heart-centered messages to the world.

We’re looking for someone who lives in the San Francisco Bay Area/ California.

You would be working remotely most of the time, but be willing and able to come work in-person and assist with events in Petaluma, CA from time to time. We are looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the company (1+ year commitment).

Examples of types of things you would be handling for our team:

There is an online business management piece to this position- holding weekly team meetings, keeping Ashley accountable for her tasks, ensuring program components are happening in a timely manner, holding a container for all moving parts of the business, and providing assistance with program and retreat launches. You will also be managing affiliate relationships/interview requests, being part managing our give-back program and making sure that docs and info are organized and systems are in place for the business to run smoothly.

There are also some real nuts and bolts pieces that need to be completed each week in a timely manner. Examples include:

  • Answering client care emails

  • Edit and send welcome packet for programs/clients`

  • Scheduling/clients and prospects (Acuity)

  • Sending contracts & retreat waivers to clients (Hello Sign)

  • Creating and maintaining current and new databases (Google Sheets)

  • Sending books and client gifts

  • Writing emails with program and retreat details, reminder emails (Mailchimp)

  • Welcome group clients to video calls + uploads video calls and sends call recordings to program participants (Zoom, Amazon Workspace)

  • Set up solo emails & newsletters (Mailchimp)

  • Upload newsletters to blog and create social media post (WordPress, Facebook)

  • Creating social media posts

  • Credit Card Processing and payment tracking (Payline Data)

  • Set up FB groups/event pages (Facebook)

  • RSVP Lists for events (Google Drive)

  • Update Google calendar

  • Have the opportunity to assist and attend Ashley’s events/retreats at her Petaluma retreat space

*You are both tech savvy as well as personable and comfortable in front of our audience as you will be a major touch point person for our clients/participants.

*You’re highly adaptable and flexible and are able to work well in an environment that is constantly changing and evolving. You like to learn, have good ideas on how to make things better, and follow direction well.

This position is:

  • Around 5-7 hours a week to start, with room for growth.  You are in charge of your schedule and hours are flexible, but you must be available during normal business hours for real-time communication with me. Several times a week you will need to be available at a specific time for a meeting or to record a training call (Zoom).
  • Mostly virtual, with some in person time in Petaluma required. (Some weekend events)
  • Requires that you have your own phone and computer and reliable wi-fi.
  • You are able to mostly work regular business hours Pacific Time Zone, and have flexibility to make your own schedule.
  • You are able to be on a weekly team meeting (usually Wednesdays)
  • Starting pay is $30-50/hour, depending on experience, with increases after 3 months.
  • Contractor position.
  • We are willing to train the right person. :)
