The Strong Body Love Passion Project Co-Working Day provides a creative & inspired space to escape solopreneur or work-from-home isolation, for a productive day of movement, accountability, focus, connection and play on 22 acres of expansive land in Sonoma County.
As more women make the courageous leap into entrepreneurship, many of us find ourselves isolated and distracted on the path – and this day is a means to bridge that gap and come together in supportive sisterhood.
The Flow of the Day:
9:45 Arrive & Connect over Tea (if coming in person)
10-11 Intention Setting & Gentle Movement Practice
11-12:30 Co-Work Block #1
12:30-1:30 Lunch Break (Bring your own lunch or healthy snacks to enjoy)
1:30-3 Co-Work Block #2
3-3:30 Closing Ritual
** We suggest choosing 1-2 specific Passion Projects to zone in on completing during our two lengthy co-working blocks. I’ll provide some prompts to help you set clear intentions, we’ll get to work on our projects, and you’ll be floored at what will be created during this focused, productive time.
You’ll leave the day feeling embodied, nourished, inspired and accomplished, with a local community of passion-driven women to stay in deep connection with.
