    WHEN ARE THE DATES & WHAT'S THE FLOW LIKE?

    We kick the mastermind off on Thurs. October 9th, 2025 and runs through January 29th, 2026. For the first 6 weeks of the experience, I’ll take you through my signature Unleash Your Impact Online Training Course content – on how to strategically 2-10x your revenue & reach through experiential group programs and retreats. All of the 90 minute LIVE training calls take place on Thursdays at 2pm EST/1pm CST/11am PST, and calls will be recorded and available in your members area within 24 hour after the call for anytime access. During this 6-week period, and for the 2.5 months after, you’ll also receive spotlight coaching during our Group Mastermind Hot Seat Coaching Calls. We’ll gather for powerful Q&A coaching sessions via Zoom where you’ll receive Ash’s guidance, mentorship, and expertise directly on the programming you’re building out. You’ll also have small group breakout calls during the 4-month experience to receive clarity and strategic brainstorming from your mastermind sisters – and we’ll also ROCK OUT a 4-hour half day virtual retreat in January to set you up for success in 2026, before the program completes.

    During my early entrepreneurial days as a massage therapist, (over 20 years ago now!) and then first started my coaching practice 15 years back, I was broke, living paycheck to paycheck, and working an unscalable dollars per hour model.

    But as soon as I started weaving group offerings and retreats into the mix 11 years ago, that’s when I actually started to SCALE.

    As a result, I’ve built a sustainable multi-six figure business using this model – one that offers me flexibility, time & location freedom (I work 25 hour weeks and take 2.5 months off a year), and has also worked for me in diverse markets – from affluent San Francisco Bay Area where I lived for 18 years, to my hometown where I live now in rural Illinois.
