Immerse yourself in a unique opportunity to retreat, receive and reignite your inspirational spark with the ABC community in the charming village of Montrejeau, at Maison Bonne Rive – a serene and tranquil French country home and creative retreat space in the South of France.
Through meditation, movement, self-care, ritual, vision-mapping, and savoring the South of France bounty amongst a supportive community of shape-shifting women, you’ll feel inspired, uplifted and reignited with the truth of who you are at a CORE level.
What to Expect & Retreat Flow:
At this deeply restorative and rejuvenating experience, you’ll immerse yourself in daily movement and meditation practices, as well as sacred self-care practices, seasonally inspired rituals, and vision-mapping workshops that will boost your creativity and inspire new ideas for future passion projects. Plus you’ll have ample free-time and blank space to just lounge, rest, explore and restore your reserves.
On Day 1, we’ll gather and connect over an initial celebratory dinner, on Days 2-4 we’ll meet for a morning meditation and movement practice, then indulge in a scrumptious French lunch, and break for free time and open space. We’ll come back together in the late afternoons, alternating each of those afternoon sessions with a self-care ritual practice, seasonal autumnal ritual and vision-mapping workshop – followed by another delectable meal catered by our private French chef. Finally, on Day 5, we’ll meet for our closing morning ritual and luscious French brunch.

THE LOCATION:
Our retreat will be held, October 6-10th, 2024 at Maison Bonne Rive, a beautiful French country home and artist’s retreat space nestled along the banks of the Garonne River in the peaceful Ville of Montrejeau. The space offers stunning views of both the river and the majestic Pyrenees, and is located a scenic 2 hour drive from the vibrant city of Toulouse in the South of France.
The tranquil surroundings, combined with the captivating views, offer the perfect setting to unwind, relax and reignite your creative inspirational spark, and you’ll be catered to by our highly skilled team of retreat facilitators, helping you to feel nurtured, grounded, and held, every step of the way.
There are 2 housing options for our retreat and are available on a first come first served basis:
Housing Option 1 is located at the home where the retreat is taking place, and situated right on the serene riverbed. There are 4 private bedrooms in the home for those wanting a hyper-local stay during the experience.
Housing Option 2 is at the beautiful minimalist cabins, located just a 10 minute walk/3 minute drive to the retreat space, and near a swimmable lake. The cabins have 2 bedrooms – one private and one shared, and share a common living space.
*Pricing above for the Fall 2024 South of France Retreat includes lodging, two meals per day, and related taxes and fees; airfare and transportation costs are not included. Retreat deposits are non-refundable; in the event of cancellation made prior to August 20th, 2024 your entire payment will be refunded less the $750 deposit. If you join us AFTER August 20th, please submit payment in FULL.
*Note on booking: the $750 deposit for your room is non-refundable. Final payment is due 45 days before trip begins August 20th, 2024 and is also non-refundable. We offer intimate, high-impact retreats and need to ensure we are supported to make this possible for all who join. Women’s business & leadership coach, circle & retreat facilitator, author, yoga teacher, and seasonal living advocate, Ashley Burnett has created a 20-year strong global entrepreneurial and wellness movement.
She helps entrepreneurs, artists, healers and creatives buy back hours of their free time, increase their income, become more impactful leaders, and seasonally align their businesses for heightened profitability, joy and sustainability.
She also leads women’s seasonally-focused ritual circles and wellness workshops that inspire more meaning, well-being, mindfulness, and magic.
