    THE LEGACY COUNCIL FAQ’S

    WHEN DOES THE LEGACY COUNCIL BEGIN, AND WHEN ARE THE MEETING DATES & TIMES?

    We kick the adventure off on Fri. October 9th, 2026, for our Virtual Kick-Off Call and Legacy-Mapping Retreat. All group coaching calls, small group mastermind power circle calls and virtual co-working sessions will be held on Fridays at 11am CST / 9am PST. All live sessions will be recorded and posted in your The Legacy Council Members Area for your convenience.

    WHEN ARE THE RETREATS AND WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND BOTH OF THEM?

    The retreats are scheduled for April 30th-May 2nd in Petaluma, CA, and September 17th-19th location TBD. While we’d love for you to attend both of these experience, attending only one of the retreats is required… But, you do have the option to attend both of these incredible experiences, and we’d love for you to! If you do have to miss one of the retreats, we’ll send you all the deliverables so that you won’t miss any of the content, but because of the experiential nature, we won’t be able to offer a livestream option for these retreats.

    HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I PLAN TO SPEND ON THE PROGRAM?

    Roughly 2-3 hours per week, on average. You can plan for our 60-90 minute coaching calls or power circle call (depending on the week), plus an hour or two to implement your action steps throughout the week. This is the equivalent of watching about 3 shows on Netflix, so most likely you’ll be able to create this space! Take as long as you’d like for any additional brainstorming, writing, visioning and creating.

    ARE THERE BREAKS WOVEN INTO THE EXPERIENCE?

    Yes! We take seasonal breaks in July and December – going light on meetings and creating space for self-care, rest, play, and replenishment. We also take a weeklong break in spring and fall to integrate the content, catch up on anything you might need, and align with the seasonal shifts.

    I CURRENTLY DON’T OWN A BUSINESS/I’M IN THE VERY BEGINNING STAGES OF BUILDING OUT MY BUSINESS. IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?

    The Legacy Council is designed for entrepreneurs, teachers, women in leadership roles, and women on the bring of a career pivot alike. You don’t have to be an entrepreneur to be a part of this experience.

    WHAT IS THE COST OF THE LEGACY COUNCIL, AND IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN OPTION?

    Investment for The Legacy Council is discussed while on the phone during your Activation Session. And, we always offer an extended monthly payment plan to everyone who needs it, to make joining more doable for most.

    ARE THERE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?

    We gladly offer PARTIAL scholarships to BIWOC, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, artists and students in need to every program we offer. As a company, we recognize the unbalanced representation for minority communities in the coaching and the wellness industries, and how access to advanced leadership trainings and more diverse and equitable circles can help support better outcomes for all. Our scholarships aim to create a more diverse coaching community that can serve an expanding industry. The Legacy Council program scholarships are PARTIAL and offered based on financial need to women of color, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, artists and students. We’ll then review your application and get back to you with scholarship or payment plan options depending on availability.

    IS THERE A REFUND POLICY OR CAN I CANCEL PARTICIPATION IN THE LEGACY COUNCIL AT ANY TIME?

    As we’re committed to holding each of our circle participants fully accountable to taking action towards achieving their vision, even during times when they might feel fear, resistance or doubt around making that forward motion, we do not offer refunds or allow participants step out of the circle. We’re committed to creating a strong container for our community, and with that said, we need a strong commitment from each woman stepping in. Of course it’s up to you to participate and show up, and when you’re not able to attend, we will always, always energetically call you in. We’re devoted to you, your business and your vision, and are here to help bring your dreams to fruition.
