I was constantly operating from a place of fear, negativity, and resentment.  I worried about what others thought of me; ate tons of junk to fill the emotional void; gained the freshman 30; experienced SEVERE anxiety on the regular; and had cystic acne all over my face…not fun!

Unfortunately, THE MAJORITY OF WOMEN TODAY ARE IN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS–WITH THEIR OWN MINDS & BODIES, and are operating from a fear-based place.  It’s so easy for us to fall into the negative banter, with the idealistic and perfectionistic nature of mainstream media…but this nonsense has gotta stop.

Your Body is with you everywhere you go, so we might as well like this thing, and show it some LOVE!

A few years back, I made it my mission to start honing my STRENGTH, and began to treat my body with RESPECT.  I started by showing myself some SERIOUS self-love.  I became more conscious of what I was fueling my body with, and how I was treating it on a daily basis.

I soon realized that my body was my most important asset, and by learning how to take care of it, I eventually turned that abusive relationship into a loving one…and, THAT’S WHEN I WENT FROM A SIZE 16 TO A size 8/10.

Not only has my weight stabilized, but now my skin is clear, I have more energy than I did in high school, and I’ve learned how to release any anxious thoughts that might come up.  I’ve gone through an amazing transition—and that is my wish for you too.  Because when you change your mind about your body, your body changes with ease…

The Body Compassion Boot Camp Outline

WEEK 1: Crystal Clarity & Physicality:  Align Your Mind with Your Desires & Bust a Move!

Week 1 is all about tapping into the power of getting totally clear on what your vision is for this course, your body, AND your life. WE’VE GOTTA LET OUR DEEPEST DESIRES OUT SO THEY CAN MATERIALIZE.  I’ll guide you through simple strategic exercises in getting SUPER clear, so that you can act as a magnet for your dreams.

Moving your body mindfully is an uber important component of showing yourself compassion and love, we’ll also map out a clear plan of action for ramping up your physical activity in Week 1.

WEEK 2: The Power of Body Love: Uncover Disempowering Beliefs & Rewrite Your Body Story

This week’s focus is on uncovering the disempowering beliefs you might have (that you may not even realize that you have) about your body.

WE’LL BUST THROUGH ANY LIMITING BELIEFS AND FEARS WITH COMPASSION and we’ll REWRITE YOUR BODY STORY TO CREATE A NEW BODY LEGACY—one of strength, confidence, love, light, health and happiness.  This is a HUGE week and even though we’ll be going deep, you’ll come out of it renewed and jazzed to move forward towards the deeper transformation that’s to come!

WEEK 3: Creating Positive Body Image: Love, Respect & Create a Positive Relationship with Your Bod

It’s so easy for us to give into the negative banter with our bodies, because we’ve been hardwired from an early age to feel the need to fit them into a mold that not even 1% of the population fits into–leading us into what I call the COMPARE-AND-DESPAIR syndrome.

This week is all about dealing with our fear-based egos head-on by flooding our bodies with high-level loving thoughts.  We’ll take small steps in cultivating a loving perspective of our bodies…because when you change your mind about your body, your body changes with ease.

I’ll take you through some FEAR BUSTING EXERCIZES, GUIDED MEDITATIONS AND POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS, so that we can get this love-fest show on the road!

WEEK 4: Cleansing With Pleasure: Clean the Slate in Your Body & Mind–with Joy & from the Inside Out

Now that you’ve begun to set some of the foundational pieces in getting clear with your desires, honoring where your body has gotten you so far, and discovering your truest vision for your body and life moving forward, IT’S TIME TO “CLEAN OUT HOUSE”.

This week, get ready to rock out my signature SBL Reboot 8-day cleanse!  This is a super gentle whole-foods based program that will have you feeling ENERGETIC, LIGHTER, BRIGHTER AND FULL OF LIFE, so that you can create space for yourself to step into the clearest vision of you.

You’ll have TONS OF HEALTHY NEW RECIPES and tricks up your sleeve, so that you can treat that awesome bod of yours with respect for years to come.

WEEK 5: Moving Forward With Strength: Stretch Out Your Healthy Habits

In Week 5, I’ll show you exactly how to maintain the healthy habits you’ve developed while cleansing, so that they can actually turn into a long-term lifestyle for you.  

We’ll go through time saving tips, and my favorite strategies for eating clean MOST of the time. Get ready to turn your clean eating into a lifestyle and watch your body transform right before your eyes…

WEEK 6: Self-Love, Freedom & Confidence: Reflect & Celebrate All Your Accomplishments

In our final session together, we’ll focus on developing a deeper connection to your inner guide.  This is all about COMPLETELY BEING YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF, and learning how to communicate with your body and with the important people in your life with a grounded sense of ease.

We’ll get clear about what worked well for you and what might need shifting moving forward, and we’ll create a clear plan of action for you to maintain this transformation long term.
