This is why I created Body Compassion Boot Camp. I couldn’t take the AMAZING women around me trash-talking their bodies anymore, and playing small because of it. THE TRUTH IS THAT WE’RE THE ROLE MODELS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION, AND WE’RE SERIOUSLY STRUGGLING WITH SETTING A SHINING EXAMPLE… It’s time to get out of our own way, get in tune with our bodies, and learn to BE the positive, powerful and confident women we know we can be, every day.

 

BODY COMPASSION BOOT CAMP IS A REVOLUTIONARY 6-WEEK VIRTUAL GROUP COACHING PROGRAM THAT COMBINES EMOTIONAL HEALTH, CLEAN EATING AND MINDFUL MOVEMENT.

I truly believe that the emotional piece is the missing link to ending the dieting cycle for good. During the first half of this virtual course, you’ll learn to release perfectionism, develop positive body image and re-write your body story to one that you can feel CRAZY proud of. The second half focuses on healthy eating and physicality. By combining emotional well-being with mindful eating and physical activity that you actually LIKE doing, you actually WILL most likely release unneeded weight–without struggle and effort, AFTER you’ve accepted yourself just as you are.

 

I myself struggled with body hate for the first 25 years of my life. A few years back, I made it my mission to hone into my strength and start treating my body with RESPECT. I became conscious of what I was fueling my body with, and how I was treating it on a daily basis…

I began to understand that my body was my “temple” so to speak and my most important asset on the face of this planet. By learning how to care for it, I eventually turned that abusive relationship into a loving one…and THAT’S when my CONFIDENCE BOOSTED, ANXIETY SUBSIDED, SKIN CLEARED UP, ENERGY INCREASED, AND I RELEASED THE WEIGHT THAT WASN’T SERVING ME, WITHOUT DIETING.

But the truth is it wasn’t about the weight loss at all… I started to ACCEPT AND LOVE my body BEFORE I let go of the weight. This is the MOST IMPORTANT PIECE TO GRASP because as women our weight will ALWAYS FLUCTUATE throughout our lives…during that time of the month, pregnancy, menopause, etc. I realized that it’s really about learning to accept and love our beautifully imperfect bodies throughout all different stages of life and feeling fiercely confident in them no matter what.

Week 1

Crystal Clarity & Physicality: Align Your Mind With Your Desires & Bust a Move

In Week 1 we’ll get clear on what your vision is for this program and your body and life moving forward. It’s time to let your deepest desires out so that they can materialize. I’ll guide you through simple, strategic exercises so that you can act as a magnet for your dreams, and you’ll begin to let go of the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from achieving them. We’ll also map out a clear plan of action for ramping up your preferred physical activity routine, to build strength and endurance moving forward.

Week 2

The Power of Strong Body Love: Let Go & Rewrite Your Body Story

This week’s focus is on uncovering the disempowering beliefs you might have (that you may not even realize that you have) about your body. We’ll BUST THROUGH any limiting beliefs and fears with compassion and rewrite your body story to create a NEW BODY LEGACY—one of strength, confidence, love, light, health and happiness. This is a HUGE week and even though we’ll be going deep, you’ll come out of it renewed and jazzed to move forward towards the deeper transformation that’s to come.

Week 3

Create Positive Body Image: Love, Respect & Develop a Positive Relationship with Your Bod

It’s so easy for us to give into the negative banter with our bodies. We’ve been hardwired from an early age to fit them into a mold that not even 1% of the population fits into–leading us into what I call the COMPARE-AND-DESPAIR syndrome. This week is all about flooding your mind with high-level loving thoughts so you can cultivate a true loving perspective of your body. I’ll take you through my favorite transformational fear busting and confidence boosting exercises so you can move forward feeling fully empowered and confident in yourself.

Week 4

Cleansing With Joy: Clean the Slate in Your Body & Mind From the Inside Out

Now that you’ve set a healthy emotional foundation within your body, IT’S TIME TO “CLEAN OUT HOUSE”. This week, get prepped to rock out my signature Reboot Your Bod 8-Day Cleanse. This is a SUPER gentle whole-foods based program that will have you feeling ENERGETIC, LIGHTER, BRIGHTER AND FULL OF LIFE, so that you can create space for yourself to step into the healthiest vision of you. You’ll have tons of simple, tasty and healthy new recipes and tricks up your sleeve, so that you can treat your beautiful body with respect for years to come.

Week 5

Move Forward With Strength: Stretch Out Your Healthy Habits

In Week 5, I’ll show you exactly how to maintain the healthy habits you’ve developed while cleansing, so that this way of living and eating can turn into a long-term lifestyle for you.

Week 6
