As I’ve been welcoming women into Play Bigger, I’ve been continuing to feel into what this movement is really about…
When I think about what we’re doing here at Ashley Burnett & Co., and in The Legacy Council — which Play Bigger is the front door into — my signature year-long mentorship experience… allowing you to test drive my work…
What we’re really doing is integrating all of the parts of a woman who’s being called to step forward in a bigger way —
a more influential way, a more impactful way as a leader, business owner, and life steward — so that she can approach her leadership from a place of wholeness.
And what do I mean by that?
I mean — integrating ALL of the parts of herself that make her, her.
Her raw and real emotions. Her shadow side. Her truth. Her joy.
She owns her desires — not shaming or shunning them.
She knows they’re here for a reason.
She gives herself permission to claim them — alchemizes the doubt she might feel about moving toward them — and takes brave action… then releases the attachment to how it all actually unfolds.
She takes the pieces of herself she once stuffed away in hiding, and comes out of the closet with her fullest, truest, most radiant expression.
She dares to dethrone her shame.
She releases guilt from the past.
She updates her mindset to reflect her current values.
She questions the social constructs that no longer reflect her deepest truth…
She feels the fear and does it anyway.
And she knows she can’t do this alone…
And that when she operates from isolation, she’ll inevitably get in her own way.
She knows she needs community and sisterhood to reflect back her wholeness and truth — inspiring her to take the actions and make the moves she knows she’s here to make.
And when she does?
She is absolutely unstoppable. And there’s no limit to where she can go.
I can speak from my own experience — at 45, I’ve created a life that has already surpassed my wildest imagination… and I’m continuing to enjoy the mystery and magic of this soul-stirring journey.
But it has 100% required me to get into the rooms and surround myself around other outside-of-the-box women that can help me Play Bigger than I can on my own.
The truth: We need a LOVE revolution on this planet.
We need more women and men in leadership embracing the healthy, harmonious merging of masculine and feminine energetics.
We need to RAISE ourselves – uplevel our own frequency – so that we can uplift others and create a POSITIVE ripple-effect of healing on this planet.
We need to do the inner work – so that we can make the outer impact…
