I’m sitting on the plane flying back to Quincy as I write this, post leading a retreat in Petaluma for The Legacy Council, and I’m still riding a serious high from that experience!

This retreat felt BIG, the villa I rented was on a whole other level, and the transformation that occurred was MONUMENTAL.

This retreat was all about connecting in deep with our Sensual Feminine Power, riding the Beltane Season waves.

It’s amazing how disconnected we’ve become, as women (and humans in general), from our sensuality, pleasure, and joy.

It makes sense from a societal conditioning and world of tech perspective, but the truth is, we’ve come down onto this Earthly plane in a body, and I believe it’s our BIRTHRIGHT to activate our senses, and experience pleasure and joy in our lives in a serious way.

So, this retreat was all about how we can infuse more of that into our lives, businesses, and leadership – and when we do, they tend to get into a state of aligned flow.

The workshops were entitled: Flirt Like the Flowers, Shed Your Bark & Prune Your Roses, and Unleash Your Wildness – inspired by a beautiful coffee table book, The Guide to Becoming Alive, by Richard Christiansen.

And, I’m so excited to see how these powerhouse women integrate from this experience – and continue to blossom and expand their legacies and heart-centered bodies of work.

There’s truly NOTHING like being on retreat.

Because you get to step away from it all – all the doing, all the answering, all the requests, and the daily grind… all the to-do lists, and the emails, and you get to RECEIVE.

And, I did the same for myself after leading this retreat – taking myself on an overnight solo retreat to one of my favorite hot springs to decompress post facilitating…

SOOOO soooo IMPORTANT in clearing the energy that was cultivated there, and coming back home to myself after leading such a powerful and transformative experience.
