I don’t know about you, but the palpable energy of Spring has me feeling refreshed and re-inspired!

Everything’s blossoming, literally and figuratively, and I hope your season is feeling creatively alive and nourishing. <3

I’ve given a few keynotes this month – specifically on Energetic Hygiene – and whether you’re a heart-centered business owner, busy working woman, or CEO of your household, I believe it is just as important to prioritize cleaning out our inner landscape as it is our outer physical worlds.
