Over the past 20 years, since I made one of my first bold moves to San Francisco, I’ve been building a life of my own design… one that’s a bit FRINGE, inspires me, is filled with LOVE, and ceases to amaze me to this day.

I didn’t have much cash back then, but I always figured out a way to listen to my soul’s calling, answer it, and to make it work.  

In addition to that big move I…

• Danced professionally around the country, including in Hollywood with a Tony Award winning choreographer.
• Manifested a dream retreat space in Sonoma County and led life-changing retreats there for nearly a decade.

• Got certified & trained in Massage Therapy, Health, Life & Business Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Yoga, Ritual & Ceremonial work, Energy work,  (and am working towards a Sound Healing Certification as I write this). 

• Invested in the business & leadership development programs that helped me 5x my business, even when I had limited resources and was scared shitless to do so.

• Created a transformational coaching & retreat business that feels 100% authentic to me – with the most incredible clients.

• Shifted my birth plan 6-weeks pre due date, and gave birth to my kiddo naturally at home.

• Made a bold move w/my fam back to my hometown in Illinois to be closer to my dad who has Parkinson’s – bought a historical farm home on 3 acres, and we’re now building a homestead & retreat space there.

• Still traveling back to Petaluma, CA, what I call my “soul home”, seasonally, to continue to work and play with my community there, and get my soul fed.

• And, wrote and published my first book last year.

Has it always been easy? Hell No!

But, has it been worth it?

100%.

The way I look at it, we’re not guaranteed zilch in this life…

So why not GO FOR IT and LIVE IT TO THE FULLEST?

And, the only way that we’re going to grow and reach our full potential is to stretch ourselves out of our comfort zone, and create the legacy that we truly want to leave. 

This is why I’m so damn passionate about coaching women entrepreneurs and leaders, and is what my upcoming leadership mastermind, The Legacy Council is really all about… making bold moves, manifesting big dreams, living life on your own terms, and not settling for the status quo.
