Next-level tools to create consistency with your communication efforts…

Lead With Strength. Embody Your Truth. Spread The Love.

One of the pieces I see many of my entrepreneurial clients struggling with is staying on top of their communication efforts…

And, I TOTALLY get it.

In a world where we’re bombarded with info coming at us left and right, it can feel like we’re “bugging” our community by sending emails, or adding to the noise by posting on social media.

But the truth is, if you want to build a deep, heart-centered connection with your community—and expand your following and reach, you’ve gotta be consistent in your communication efforts.

Also, please remember, the world NEEDS to hear your message and what you have to say—so I invite you to root back into your WHY and your MISSION if you’re experiencing resistance around this piece.

One of the most efficient and effective ways to do this is a step by step process that I break down in one of my modules of my beloved program, entitled:

Develop Your Aligned and Heart-Centered Content and Communications Editorial Calendar

In this step, we focus on creating consistency around content creation so that you can build connection, trust and offer high value to your community on a consistent basis.

We also break down how to create a Seasonal/Quarterly Newsletter + Social Media Editorial Calendar so that you can have a clear plan in place to post your content and drop in with your peeps each week.

Keep reading below to access this game-changing step-by-step process, and I can’t wait to dive into this system with you!

Develop Your Aligned Content + Communications Editorial Calendar

Step 1: Uncover the FREQUENCY you’ll be communicating (how many times per mo you’ll be sending your newsletter out or posting on SM). Also, decide on the DAY (what day of the week), and the TIME (what time of day) you’ll be sending out your posts.

Step 2: Create a Seasonal (3 month) Editorial Calendar:
i.e., If you’re planning to send out a newsletter every other week on Wednesdays at 9am, starting next week, your Q2 (Quarter 2) Seasonal Editorial Calendar will look like this:

4/6
4/20
5/4
5/18
6/1
6/15

Step 3: Brainstorm a list of 10-20 Newsletter/SM Topics for your Editorial Calendar.

Here are a few ideas on where to get inspiration for your newsletter topics:

Create a list of I Stand For/I Believe Statements relating to your mission and body of work to find stand alone post ideas.

Journal entries – great place to pull content from!

Already existing courses, ebooks or content – break them down to create stand alone posts.

Think about the step by step process of your programming and pull newsletter/social media posts from there (especially a good idea to do as you’re gearing up for a launch!)

Step 4: Pre-schedule your posts.

For your newsletter and social media platforms, you’ll ideally want to pre-write and schedule your content, for added spaciousness and ease. Schedule an extended writing block in your Aligned Seasonal Schedule and bust out a few posts at once.

*Bonus Action: Check out apps like Hootsuite or Later to pre-schedule your content so that you’re not posting on the weekend or evenings, and to help you manage staying on top of your campaigns…this is especially helpful for launches!

All right dear ones, I hope this offers you some additional inspo and foundation for your communications and looking forward to hearing how it goes for you…please keep me posted!
