In honor of Women’s HERstory Month and International Women’s Day this past Tuesday, I feel called to give an appreciative shout-out to my stellar ABC Team and introduce you to the QUEENS of our womxn run company.

These incredible souls support the operation of this business, day in and day out, and I truly could not run this love-led ship without them.

When I started my coaching journey 10 years ago, it was a lonely solopreneurial ride…

But, that isolation has slowly and steadily shifted over time, and now Ashley Burnett & CO (CO standing for COMMUNITY, COLLABORATIVE, COLLECTIVE, and COMPANY), truly feels that way to me!

We hail from all across the country, (so grateful to technology for that!) and meet weekly for group team meetings, 1-1 strategy calls, check-ins, DEI coaching calls, and soon-to-be team retreats.

I’m so very grateful to these brilliant women, and without further ado, here’s a sneak peek into Team ABC (clockwise starting from the upper left square of the pic above)!

Monica Lucero aka “Moni” is our beloved Retreat Doula and Assistant for our retreats, womxn’s circles, and masterminds. She helps create a safe space for all of our in-person retreat and circle attendees and has been gracing us with her loving presence for the past 6 years. She lives in San Francisco and is also one of our resident coaches who specializes in NLP – an advanced process to help rewire limiting beliefs so that our program participants can get out of their way and manifest their goals and dreams. She’s one of my BFFs too! :)

Emily Powell joined our team early this year as our Online Business Manager and aims to provide structure & ease to all of the systems and processes for our various programming. She leads our team meetings from her home in Colorado, and fosters an encouraging and compassionate teamwork atmosphere…we’re sooo grateful to have her on board as our newest ABC addition!

Amy D Marie operated as our Online Business Manager for the last 3.5 years before handing the OBM torch off to Emily and has transitioned into her sweet spot role of Core Coach and Company Strategist. She helps our clients focus on scaling their business through systems, workflows, and advanced business strategies – and also helps strategize for our company as well. She currently lives in Celebration, FL, right next to Walt Disney World, and loves being an integral part of team ABC.

Ashley Bailey aka Bailey is our Virtual Assistant and Client Care Supporter. She answers any backend email communications for our community and supports any logistical issues or pieces that might come up for our clients. Bailey hails from the great state of Texas, and her goal is to make sure that our community gets what they need while feeling loved, supported, and encouraged, every step of the way.

Rani MacNeal hails from Rhode Island, has been with our team for 6 years, and is our ABC Community Care Maven and Virtual Retreat Assistant. Rani’s Zone of Genius is making each community member feel super seen, heard, and supported – and has a knack for pumping our program participants up and cheering them on throughout their time with us. She’s also a trained Henna artist and is a Guest Facilitator for our Unleash Your Impact program on how to lead ceremonies and rituals for groups.

Also, not pictured in the photo above: Mira Nussbaum, our beloved seasonal Farm-to-table chef for our in-person retreats and women’s circles, Ansley Fones, the designer behind our beautiful website, branding and marketing materials, and Desiree S. Coleman, our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) consultant.
