National Unplugging Day…open up for details!

Lead With Strength. Embody Your Truth. Spread The Love.

Hello dear community!

Today, at sundown, officially kicks off National Unplugging Day… (I know they’ve thought of everything, right?)

But seriously friends, I’m SO freaking thrilled that a day has been dedicated to unplugging from our technological devices!

Technology is incredibly useful and convenient in so many ways – (can you imagine what this past year would’ve been like without it?)

And, at the same time, I truly believe if we don’t learn to set healthy boundaries around how we interact with the wild world of tech, it can be detrimental to our health, our relationships, our general sense of happiness – and the growth of our mission-driven businesses.

The National Day of Unplugging is a 24 hour period running from sundown on Friday, March 5 to sundown on Saturday, March 6, and is a powerful opportunity to take a break from your devices and spend more quality time with your loved ones, reflect solo, prioritize self-care and restore your reserves in nature.

If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know that I take a multi week digital detox twice a year (in Dec and July), and it is one of my most beloved actions and boundaries that I’ve built into my Feminine n Focused Business Model.

The results this break from tech has on my inner sense of wellbeing are MASSIVE – and I know my business is able to flow and thrive in the ways that it does because I’ve built this into my practice.

Check Out This Link for more info on the day and for tips on what to do during this day of unplugging.

Also, if you can’t swing prioritizing a full day off from tech tomorrow and Saturday, don’t fret! Just find a 24 hour period sometime within the month of March to create your own individual Unplugging Day for yourself.

Alright beautiful people, that’s it for now. Let me know how it goes, happy digital detoxing and sending so much love your way!
