6 years ago today, I launched a brand new business + website to the world – Strong Body Love.
And today, on this day of love, this sweet Passion Project and business babe of mine has FINALLY received a much-anticipated update – beyond excited to share my new online hub with you!

And to those of you who’ve been tuning in here for years now – some of you even from the very beginning, thank YOU so much for your presence over the years and for going on this wild ride with me. <3
Like any creative project, this beloved business has evolved over the years – but the core mission has always been the same:
OUR BUSINESS IS BUILT ON LOVE.
Loving-kindness is our mission, and helping women feel confident and embodied in their leadership – and spread their love-filled messages to the masses is our PURPOSE.
WE ALSO:

- And are Advocates of DANCING TO YOUR OWN BEAT
