Last week these powerhouse entrepreneurial Queens and I completed our cycle of the Uninhibited Leadership Program.

For the past 9 months these incredible socially conscious women from all over the country have gathered in close-knit supportive circle (virtually and in person) to focus on stepping deeper into their feminine leadership and expanding their creative businesses.

While I was holding our final call last week I was in tears and in total awe of all that these women have created in their businesses over the last 9 months… day jobs released, keynotes addressed to hundreds of women, a nearly completed book, practices filled, online courses created & launched, yoga retreats held, live and online workshops facilitated, women’s circles in motion, retreat centers built out, coaching programs filled, magazine & blog features landed…and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. 

It’s truly incredible to witness what has been produced – in addition to the fierce confidence that these women have claimed for themselves around leading their communities.

And then I think of the positive IMPACT that all of these women are making because of their commitment to their vision, their willingness to receive support, and their courage to get vulnerable and stand up and speak their truth for what they believe in, even in the midst of fear….

AND THAT’S WHEN I GET REALLY FREAKING PUMPED.

This is the power of sisterhood, community, sacred circle and receiving support. The sky is truly the limit.

And each of these women can tell you, myself included, that the expansion doesn’t happen overnight…it happens when you trust yourself enough to take risks – feeling the fear and doing it anyway, when you let go of the reigns and give yourself the permission to receive this type of next-level support, when you commit to practicing patience and radical self-care, and when you take consistent and persistent action on a daily basis towards your vision – and allow others to hold your vision with you.

In other words, it takes a tribe.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be leading another round of the Uninhibited Leadership Program in November 2016… and you being a part of my online community, are one of the first to hear of that news.

Only 14 women maximum will be accepted into this 9-month experience – complete with 2 in person transformational retreats, virtual private & group coaching calls, small group mastermind calls, passion-project completion days, guest leader calls, and a private day-long retreat with me here on this sacred Sonoma County land…AND the opportunity to attend my upcoming Unleash Retreat happening here in September for FREE.

Regardless, my biggest piece of advice for growing your business and expanding your leadership is to open up to receiving some sort of support…whether it be teaming up with a bud, joining a women’s circle, working privately with a coach or committing to a next-level program like this – supportive sisterhood, guidance and accountability are by far some of the biggest keys of growing a successful and sustainable business.
